AFTER LAUNCH

The 30-minute monthly allowance covers supplied, approved content within the existing layout. Standard turnaround is two business days after we receive complete material.
Additional work is ₹750/hour, estimated and approved before it starts, billed in 30-minute increments. Unused monthly time does not roll over.
Fixing faults in the service we delivered is handled separately from your content-change allowance.

Your public website, optional student portal and business email can use separate addresses on your institute’s own domain. Website-only subscriptions support your own domain too. The addresses shown here are illustrative.

Can you customize a design for our institute?
Yes. Momentum, Editorial and Horizon illustrate different possibilities. We adapt the colours, content and layout to your institute’s requirements within the agreed five-page scope. Additional pages, functionality or work beyond that scope are quoted separately before they begin.
Do I need to buy assessments too?
No. The website service can be purchased independently. Adding or cancelling assessments does not cancel your paid website service, and cancelling the website does not cancel a separate assessment subscription.
Can I use my existing domain and email?
Yes. You retain domain and mailbox ownership. We coordinate only the approved DNS changes needed for the website and check that existing email continues working.
Can visitors contact us on WhatsApp?
Yes. We add WhatsApp click-to-chat using your institute’s approved number, so visitors can open a conversation directly with your team. They review and send the message themselves. Automated chatbots, bulk campaigns and WhatsApp Business API services are separately scoped.
Can you buy a domain for us?
We can assist with registration in your institute’s own account. Registration, renewal and any mailbox licences are separately itemised at the agreed provider cost.
Can we update the site ourselves?
Website Care is an assisted service: send us your approved content changes and we manage the updates. A self-service editor, owner workspace and marketplace are not included in this package.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancel before the next renewal. Hosting continues through the paid period, and the final hosting date is confirmed in writing. The terms explain export of your approved content, portable site files and enquiries, plus domain handover.
Are these examples real institutes?
No. Northstar Academy and the programme details are illustrative. The photographs are original generated demo imagery, not real staff, students or customer endorsements. Your launch uses approved institute information and assets.
